Return and cancellation policy
Food and groceries: In accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, there is no right of withdrawal for distance selling in individual deliveries of food and other groceries. There is also no right of cancellation for orders from corporate customers.

Consumables: The customer can cancel his order before the collection has started by notifying the customer service during its opening hours. In accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, there is no right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling in individual deliveries of food and other groceries. However, in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to cancel the sale of other products within 14 days of delivery of the order. Such consumer goods have a 14-day right of exchange and return for unused, in good condition and in intact original packaging against a receipt. The Customer may exchange or return the product in the store for which the Service Provider has placed the order. Product exchanges and returns are handled at the Service Provider's customer service point. The right of exchange and return does not apply to food, gift cards or other service products and cosmetics.

The customer is responsible to check their order which include products' quantity, quality or any other defects upon arrival of delivery (Same Day of receiving the order). If the customer contact us at the same day, we can assess the situation based on the issue. If the customer contact us later than the same day we reserve the right to decline the request of exchange, return or any other request of compensation.

To start a return, you can contact us at asiakaspalvelu@allmeat.fi. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
