Shipping Policy

Delivery area

We currently deliver locally to the following cities in Finland:

Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo, Kerava, Tuusula and Järvenpää.

Customers can select their preferred delivery date and time at checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate personal information including the shipping address and contact details. If incorrect information is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional costs that may occur such as redelivery fees or product costs.

Since we deliver fresh products such as meat and vegetables, the customer is also responsible if the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or if the customer is unavailable to receive the order.

 

Local delivery schedule

Local deliveries are made Monday – Saturday between 16:00 – 21:00.

You may place orders on Sundays, however deliveries will start from Monday.

Orders are processed the same day depending on the delivery time selected during checkout. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that the selected delivery time is an estimated delivery window, and in rare cases deliveries may arrive slightly earlier or later depending on delivery routes and traffic conditions.

Delivery to other cities in Finland

We also ship to other cities across Finland.

• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days

Customers can select their preferred delivery date at checkout, and the delivery will be scheduled within 1–2 days from the selected date.

Please note that delivery times for cities outside our local delivery area depend on the courier schedule and may vary slightly.

Store pickup rates

• 6.90€ flat rate for store pickup

• Free store pickup for orders above 69.90€

Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the selected pickup time.

Please note that the latest pickup time from the store is 19:30, even if the selected time window is 18:00–21:00.

 

Order status

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including your order information.

If you have not received your order within 2 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at:

Include your name and order number so we can assist you quickly.

Returns and cancellations

Due to the nature of fresh food products, food and grocery items cannot be returned according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding perishable goods.
